HS Orientation dates:

9th and 10th grade orientation 5:30pm - 6:30pm on Wednesday, August 19th

11th and 12th grade orientation 7:00pm - 8:30pm on Wednesday, August 19th

* Note - Final class schedules for students will not be given out until orientation

Space Settlement Design Competition

Congratulations to the Space Settlement Design Competition students and Ms. Roessler for advancing to the international level.  They will be competing at the Florida Kennedy Space Center in July.  The team includes Jannelle King, Kimmarie Counts, Nick Harris, Jacob Adams, Kaleb McGee, Sami Oliver, Sam Owens, Sam Vazquez, Kaitlyn Adams, Jennette McQuerry, Ben Rager, Preston Trevino, Tanner Dawson, Will Fleischeminer, Jacqueline Spann, Brent Norcross, and Anna Mathis.

Lorena High School Wind Ensemble

On Friday, May 15 the Lorena High School Wind Ensemble performed and competed at the Morton M. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, TX. The Wind Ensemble received 1's from all three judges. Also, at the completion of competition on Saturday afternoon, the ensemble would win the "Best in Class" award from the judges. It was a fantastic day for the ensemble!

Prom

Parents may come look at the inside decorations on Saturday from 6:30-7:30; Red carpet from 7:30-9:30. Parking for all prom participants will be the side parking lot. We hope everyone has a fun and safe prom!

Baseball Bi-District Champions

Congratulations to the baseball team on their Bi-District Championship win over Fairfield!  The baseball team will play Lufkin Hudson on Friday 3:30 PM at Sunnyvale High School.  Good luck Leopards!
