Drumline
This past weekend the drumline competed at Drums Along the Brazos in College Station. The drumline defended their title in the advanced category placing 1st, and winning the captions: Best Front Ensemble, Best Snares, Best Bass Drums and Best Tenors. Lorena also outscored local 6A rivals Ellison and Midway High Schools. This is a good tune-up as the group will now showcase their specialties in snare solos and a Drumline Battle at the national percussion convention being held in San Antonio next week.

It lasts roughly an hour and a half with a ten minute intermission. Closing night will have the playwright, Don Zolidis, in attendance. We hope to see you there!
